Not use the App to store information about others without appropriate consent where required by law
Keep your device secure to protect data stored in the App
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App

4. Subscription and Payments

GetBriefed offers premium features through in-app subscriptions:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies

5. AI-Powered Features

The App includes AI-powered features for generating conversation topics. You understand that:

AI suggestions are provided for informational purposes only
AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for every situation
You are responsible for reviewing and using AI suggestions appropriately

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
